Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potato Fries:

½ pkg Sweet Potato Fries (710), frozen
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Assembly:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Arrange fries in single layer on baking sheet.
3. Bake 12-15 minutes.
4. Turn over halfway through cook time.
5. Mix remaining ingredients together in a large bowl.
6. Add warm fries and gently toss to coat.
Tip: Experiment with assorted spices like Cajun, smoked paprika or chili powder for additional variety options.
Taco Dip Shooters:

1 cup refried beans
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 pouch OMG Oh My Guacamole! (626), thawed and mashed

2 Roma tomatoes, diced
¼ cup sliced black olives
Corn tortilla chips
8 (6-8 oz.) glasses
Assembly:
1. Blend beans and taco seasoning together.
2. Place mixture into glasses.
3. Continue to layer with sour cream and guacamole.
4. Garnish with cheese, tomatoes and olives.
5. Top with a tortilla chip and serve remaining chips on side.
Tip: Experiment with additional ingredients like jalapenos, black beans, onions, corn, etc for variety options. For a make ahead option, assemble glasses and refrigerated up to 8 hours.
Chicken Enchilada Cups:

24 wonton wrappers
3 cups Fire-Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (496), prepared according to package instructions
½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup Super-Sweet Cut Corn (766), frozen
½ cup enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
Chopped fresh cilantro and green onions
Sour cream
Assembly:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin pan cups to form cups.
3.Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
4.Mix together chicken, beans, corn and enchilada sauce.
5.Place mixture into the prepared wonton cups.
6.Top with cheese and bake an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
7.Garnish with sliced cilantro, onions and sour cream.
Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes With Sriracha Aioli:

3.Drizzle cakes with aioli and serve remaining sauce on side.
Tip: If the sauce is too spicy, calm it down by adding a little more mayo.
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip:

1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
¾ cup Buffalo sauce, divided
2 pkgs (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
1 tsp lemon juice
1½ cups Fire-Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (496), thawed and chopped
¼ cup chopped green onions
Crumbled blue cheese, optional
Tortilla chips, crackers and/or vegetables
Assembly:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Combine dressing, ½ cup Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, lemon and chicken together.
3.Place into a shallow 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup of Colby Jack cheese.
4.Bake 25–30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and heated through.
5.Garnish with onions, remaining ¼ cup Buffalo sauce and blue cheese.
6.Serve with tortilla chips, crackers and/or vegetables.
Creamy Cheddar Bacon Dip:

4.Place mixture into oven-safe dish and bake 20–25 minutes or until golden and heated through.
5.Top dip with remaining cheese and onions and serve.
